This system combines software and hardware and integrates seamlessly with both existing and new hydrogen production facilities.
How does it work?
The Hydrogen Production Optimizer uses real-time data and advanced algorithms to optimize your production process. Every 15 minutes, the tool analyzes variables such as electricity prices, weather forecasts, and storage capacity. This ensures hydrogen is produced at the right time and at the lowest possible cost, while also maintaining the reliability of your facility and minimizing downtime.

The Hydrogen Production Optimizer consists of both hardware and software that work together to enable data-driven decision-making.
Example: Storage is full, hydrogen demand is low, and electricity prices are high. A nearby wind farm isn’t generating power at the moment, but the weather forecast predicts strong wind within the next 24 hours. In this case, our tool temporarily scales down the electrolyzer’s capacity. Why? Because producing hydrogen with expensive electricity would be unprofitable, especially when cheaper wind energy will soon be available.
